Remuera Gardens

This project encompasses fifty-eight retirement flats dispersed across two five-story structures. Both edifices share a basement car park and an interconnecting podium, which includes a bowling green and walkway links to the pre-existing retirement community.
Main task: Internal and external carpentry supply and installation.
Value: $58 million
